In which format can I deliver the material?

The digital material can be delivered to us in the following formats:

  • MS Office, all extensions (.doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .vdx etc.)
  • Bilingual TRADOS (.doc, .docx)
  • Text file (.txt, .rtf)
  • Adobe PDF (remove password protections before sending)
  • Adobe FrameMaker (.mif)
  • Adobe InDesign (.idml, .inx)
  • OpenDocument (.odt, .odf)
  • DITA (.dita, .xml)
  • FreeMind (.mm)
  • HTML (.html, .htm, .shtml)
  • MS Help Workshop (.hhc, .hhk)
  • ResX (.resx)
  • Vector graphics (.svg)
  • TRADOS (.ttx)
  • Typo3 (.xml)
  • XLIFF (.xlf, .xlif, .xliff)
  • XML (.xml, .sgm, .sgml)
What about the payment?

You will receive an invoice sent by e-mail or regular mail. The invoice is usually sent at the point of delivery with a payment term of 14 days. A reminding fee of 5 EUR is charged for neglected payments.
